Tamarack Golf Course West Contract Awarded to Turco Golf

POMPTON LAKES, NJ — Turco Golf, a leading golf course construction and renovation company, is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the contract for improvements to Tamarack Golf Course West by the Middlesex County Board of Commissioners. Turco Golf is excited to team up with golf architect Mark A. Mungeam of Mungeam Golf Design once again to work on Tamarack’s West Course. The two also worked together on a large scale renovation to Tamarack’s East Course, which they completed in 2022.

The scope of the Tamarack West Course project is extensive, including construction of new tees, bunkers, greens and fairways, as well as drainage improvements throughout the course. The Turco Golf team will work closely with the Middlesex County Engineer, CME Associates and Mark A. Mungeam of Mungeam Golf Design to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Construction is scheduled to begin mid June and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024. During construction, Tamarack Golf Course will remain open for play, and every effort will be made to minimize disruptions to players.
