This project involved tree clearing, building new tees, laser leveling and rebuilding existing tees, coring out all greens, installation of greens drainage, new greens mix and topsoil; bentgrass sodding; building a new green complex (hole #17); installing fairway & rough drainage; removal of some cart paths, building new asphalt cart paths and re-topping some existing cart paths.
