18-HOLE GOLF COURSE RENOVATIONS
The work includes excavation, fill material, existing turf removal/disposal; stripping and replacement of topsoil; construction/reconstruction/ reshaping of tees, fairways, bunkers and green complexes; construction of new grading patterns; furnishing and installation of various types of drainage systems for tees, fairways, bunkers and green complexes; furnishing and installation of various sizes of perforated / solid HDPE double wall drainage pipe reaches; furnishing and installation of bunker liner and sand; HMA path improvements and restoration; seal coating of existing asphalt paths to remain; construction of two (2) footbridges; preparation of soil, restoration of tree/vegetation removal areas; furnishing and installation of sod for rough, fairway, green and tee areas; furnishing and installation of seed for primary/secondary rough areas and fairway areas; maintenance of existing soil erosion and sediment control measures previously installed by others; installation of additional soil erosion and sediment control measures as required for the construction of the golf course renovations and removal/disposal of all SESC measures/devices upon completion of the work associated with all phases of the proposed project.
