Site Preparation:
Establish benchmarks for layout.
Mark out work limits and haul roads.
Earthwork:
Excavate and shape according to contour plans.
Compact fill to prevent future settling.
Drainage:
Install catch basins, perforated, and solid drainage pipes.
Ensure proper slopes and compaction around drainage systems.
Irrigation:
Remove existing irrigation; coordinate new installations with The Club’s Irrigation Contractor.
Tree Protection:
Protect existing trees during construction.
Topsoil Management:
Strip, store, and redistribute clean topsoil.
Rough Areas:
Grade for drainage, clean, and prepare for sodding.
Tee Construction:
Build new tees with specified soil mix, drainage, and sod.
Landscaping:
Install brick paver paths, Belgium block curbing, black wire fence, and concrete tee pads with synthetic tees.
